Launched in 1949, Johnson & Ward is the oldest personal injury specialty law firm continuously operating in Atlanta. The founders of the firm were also founders of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Former partners in the firm have served on the Superior Court of Fulton County and Court of Appeals of Georgia. The firm now includes former presidents of the State Bar of Georgia and Atlanta Bar Association, author of a leading treatise on personal injury law in Georgia, and recipient of the State Bar of Georgia Traditions of Excellence Award.
