Ken Shigley
Ken Shigley has thirty years of experience in trial and litigation work. He started out as as an Assistant District Attorney and worked nine years defending lawsuits for insurance companies. For the past 17 years he has focused on representing individuals, families and small businesses in cases of serious injury, wrongful death and major insurance claims. Based in Atlanta, he is able to handle catastrophic cases throughout the Southeast, associating local counsel and seeking admission pro hac vice to courts in other states when required.
